1. Register or log in to your existing account.

2. After logging in, go to Edfest.com/whats-on and search your show. When you've found it, click it to be taken to your Show Page.

3. Click on For Artists & Producers.

4. Fill out the information to claim your show. We ask for the role of your involvement and digital proof that you are associated with the show. Once you've submitted your claim, you'll have to wait for it to be approved.

5. Once your show claim is approved, you can start personalising your Show Page. After logging in to edfest.com with the same email you used to claim your show, click the pencil icon in the very top right corner of the webpage.

6. You will be taken to your a page with your claimed shows; click Edit Show for the show you would like to personalise.

7. Alternatively, you can search your show on edfest.com/whats-on, click on your show, and then click Update Show in the right corner of your Show Page.

8. You will then be taken to your show's detail page. You customise your show's description; add quotes, reviews and a video; and insert links for YouTube, X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn. Once you've submitted these details, they will show up on your Show Page.
