HOW TO REDEEM A ‘LOVE THE FRINGE’ TICKET
Congratulations! You are now the proud owner of a Love the Fringe Membership. Here is how to claim your free tickets!

To claim free tickets, you must first select a show on our ‘What's On’ page. Alternatively, you can go to our ‘Offers’ page and activate the ‘Love the Fringe’ filter.

Once you have found the show you would like, select a performance which has the yellow check box in the top right corner. This signifies which date has Love the Fringe allocation remaining.
If you see a tick mark stating that LTF allocation is available but does not allow you to add free tickets, it means LTF allocation is exhausted, but the site is not yet updated. With over 1700 shows and over 425,000 performances, it may take up to 15-20 mins for this to update.

After selecting a date add the required number of Standard tickets and click ‘Add to Basket’ at the bottom. You can add up to 2 free tickets per event if you have an Iron, Bronze or Silver Membership, and up to 4 free tickets for Gold and Platinum Memberships.

Now you can navigate to your basket in the top right of your screen. You will see that the Full Price tickets you selected have automatically been changed to Free tickets.

Do one final check that you have the correct tickets selected, once you checkout the sale is final, and if you are happy, press checkout, read and accept the terms and conditions of sale and confirm your order.
