A Storytelling Supper Club. Around the table, poets, playwrights, authors and
musicians pair stories and music with a tasting menu of small, seasonal
plates crafted by Michelin star chef Tomás Gormley. A simple idea: great
food, great company, and remarkable stories. Gather together in the
beautiful Palais du Variete spiegeltent for an efternoon of delicious
words and bespoke dishes. Each course of the tasting menu is uniquely
paired with original stories and music - we have written in response to
the ingredients, and the menu has been crafted in response to our words.
