An intensely intimate, virtuosic and volatile one-man performance from
Jonny Forever, built around his debut album of the same name. Emerging
in the wake of his father’s death, Thank you, f*ck you, and I'm sorry
charts a voyage through a mythic landscape of grief: at times charred
black with desolation, at others kaleidoscopically colourful, surging
with energy, metabolising every nutrient that remains of a love that can
no longer love. Less a gig than a grief portal – a ritual duet between
present and past - an invitation to grieve.
